True Worship

Christians believe that true Worship is the highest and noblest activity of which man, by the grace of God, is capable. –John Stott

In all we do we are to Worship God. It is not simply the act of singing on Sunday. It is possible to worship through any activity we pursue. Try to pause at various points throughout the day and focus your thoughts on God. No matter what you are doing at the time, give that over to God in worship.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.

My name is Matt Odegaard and I am the Worship Pastor at Hopevale.org. I have been leading worship for more than 20 years in various churches from 200 to 10,000 people in attendance. For a long time I have wanted to share my experiences and lessons learned in Worship Leading. If you have found your way here you may be interested in growing your worship ministry, I’m here to help!
